Start with Free if you want to test hosted Redactor on short files. Choose Pro for one user on a desktop workstation. Choose Server when your team needs a defined server deployment for 1-5 users, centralized access, email support, and product training. Choose Enterprise when you need REST API access, private Slack support, larger private deployments, OEM needs, or a highly customized workflow. Talk to sales if you are unsure.
Smart redaction detects heads, people, license plates, vehicles, IDs, screens, and documents. All plans include these object classes; plan differences are deployment, users, automation, API access, and support.
No. Redactor is not a public SaaS app. Redactor can run as a desktop, client-server, on-premise, offline, air-gapped, or private deployment depending on the plan. Schedule a demo to review which deployment model fits your environment.
Desktop is installed on a single workstation for one user. Client-Server deployments run from a central server and support multiple users accessing Redactor from different machines, depending on the scoped deployment. Talk to sales if you need multi-user access.
Desktop licenses are currently purchased one at a time per checkout session. If you need multiple users, centralized access, or shared infrastructure, talk to sales about Server or Enterprise options.
No. Pro Desktop licenses are sold annually.
Yes. You can move from a Pro Desktop license to Server when you need a team server deployment, or to Enterprise when you need REST API access, private Slack support, private deployment, OEM, or a highly customized workflow. When you are ready, Sighthound can help scope users, infrastructure, support needs, and pricing. Schedule a demo to review the right path.
Yes. Server and Enterprise deployments can be scoped for customer-controlled infrastructure, including on-premise servers and private cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. In those deployments, media is processed inside your environment. Talk to sales to scope a private deployment.
No. REST API access is not included with the Pro Desktop license or the Server plan. API availability is scoped through Enterprise deployments based on infrastructure, security, and workflow requirements. Talk to sales if API access is part of your project.
REST API access lets approved Enterprise deployments connect Redactor to existing systems, ingest media, trigger detection, and export redacted files without relying on a manual desktop workflow. REST API access is not included with the Server plan. Availability depends on the deployment model and must be scoped with the Sighthound team. Talk to sales to review API requirements.
No. Redactor does not charge per minute or per video. Enterprise pricing is scoped around deployment type, users, infrastructure requirements, API needs, and support requirements.
Free trial users can access trial support resources. Pro includes email support. Server includes email support and product training. Enterprise can include email support and a private Slack channel as part of scoped agreements. Use the support page if you need help.
A private Slack channel is an Enterprise support option that gives your team a direct channel with Sighthound’s technical team for implementation questions, troubleshooting, and production support. It is not included with the Server plan. Talk to sales to confirm availability for your agreement.
The free trial expires after 24 hours. After that, you can buy a Pro Desktop license, schedule a demo, or talk to sales about Server or Enterprise deployment options.
